Despite in essence being a marine engineering company, Etermar's first project in 1968 was the construction of an 11-floor building. Since then, the company never stopped developing projects in this segment.

As a complementary work to marine infrastructures, or as individual projects, Etermar has in its portfolio numerous civil construction projects performed with a high level of technical complexity.

Etermar has, without exception, all the construction permits available internationally to develop any kind of land infrastructure or civil construction project.
