Construction of the Irrigation Network - Vale Madeiro

Description:

Installation of the primary pipeline in a length of 8.6km, fed by the dam of Vale Madeiro. Secondary irrigation network 13km in length, 148 hydrants equipped with 236 irrigation points DN 65, 25 points ND 100 and 2 of ND 150 with flow regulator.

PEAD pipes butt welded and connection accessories in cast iron with flanged connections.

Installation of a filtering station in the connection to the dam with 3 automatic filters of 125 microns and Ø 14” outlet with a capacity of 1,728 m³/h.

The installation serves a 243-ha irrigation area.

Irrigation and Drainage Network, Pumping Station and Conveyance Line for the North Block - Vale da Vilariça

Description:

The primary conveyance pipeline is about 12km long and is supplied by three dams (Salgueiro, Burga and Santa Justa).

Supply and installation of three Filtering stations at the start of the dam connections, one of which is the largest installed in Portugal until now, with a capacity of 4,300m³/h and two others with a capacity of 1,425m³/h each. The secondary network is 26.5km long, has 220 Bermad hydrants, equipped with 509 irrigation points ND56, with a flow regulator, pressure reducers and water meter.

Irrigation of the South Block of the Hydro-agricultural System of Vale da Vilariça
Moncorvo, Portugal

Description:

Construction of the 31.5km irrigation network, in PEAD and PVC piping. Main pipeline with diameters between 125 and 900mm, in a length of 10,922m. Network of secondary and tertiary pipelines with diameters between 125 and 500mm, in a length of 20,608m. Building (by dredging) of the Rio Sabor crossing, in PEAD ND315mm piping in a length of about 120m.

Supply and installation of a total filtering station, equipped with sand filters and screen filters, for a 3,941 m³/h flow and for 125-micron filtering. Supply and installation of network accessories and operation and safety parts. Installation of 167 hydrants and 305 irrigation points.
