ETERMAR ENGENHARIA E CONSTRUÇÃO S.A. signed the public sale-and-purchase deed of the former headquarters of General Electric in Setúbal, Portugal.

The asset has a land area of 17 acres with additional 14 acres of private navigable water. The industrial installation has 13 operational pavilions with additional 2 buildings for office spaces.

The installation has also the only private port terminal in the country with a length of 100 metres and with depth of -6m (CD).

The transaction was authorized by the Portuguese Government, through the Ministry of Finance with a favorable opinion of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Housing.
