Consortium led by Etermar with Mota-Engil and Boskalis will dredge the access channel and turning basin in Viana do Castelo

Etemar, together with Mota-Engil and Royal Boskalis signed the consignment for the dredging of the access channel and turning basin in Viana do Castelo Shipyards.

Etemar, together with Mota-Engil and Royal Boskalis signed the consignment for the dredging of the access channel and turning basin in Viana do Castelo Shipyards.

The €17.4M project will deepen the access channel as well as facilitate the access to the Viana do Castelo Shipyards, allowing larger vessels to access the premises increasing, thus its competitiveness.

Etermar will deploy 5 vessels, 2 rock breaking vehicles and 3 dredging ones, as well as smaller support boats.

The mobilization of the equipment will occur during July.
